Collected Personal Data

We collect personal contact details including, but not exclusively; name, address, phone and email, GP or emergency contact. We collect and keep session information, health & wellbeing details, and website usage data (cookies). Details such as contact information is kept in a secured location, double system password protected, and as per GDPR, for 1-2 years after services have ended, and information such as Therapy notes (relevant and professionally appropriate only), are also kept in accordance with GDPR, for 7 years, with the same system security format as above.  

Purpose of collecting data

We collect and process your personal data to provide you with professional care and support. This may include sharing relevant                information with your doctor, other therapists, or healthcare professionals involved in your treatment, to ensure coordinated and safe care. We will only share your data with others outside of these care needs with your explicit consent, or where required by law.
